Coaching can support you to reflect, to deepen the understanding you have of yourself, and to consciously make more resonant choices for your career, your relationships and how you lead your life.

As a coach my style is positive and energetic. I hear from clients that it’s easy for them to open up and deepen their understanding of themselves in my coaching. At the same time, I am challenging, can be critical and don’t beat around the bush when I feel coachees are not being real and honest to themselves. I love coaching because of the depth of discovery, the intense conversations and the growth I see happening in front of me.

Generally speaking a coaching trajectory will involve a minimum of six 1-hour coaching sessions, at the end of which we discuss how to continue our relationship. Coaching can be done via phone, online or face to face.
